Can't validate and cross reference Stardock/Wincustomize accounts

Hello-

I've been knocked down in my user level on Wincustomize for some reason. I've purchased tons of stuff from Stardock, but when I try to validate and cross reference the account so that I can get rid of ads, etc., it says it can't find the page. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The site is still being worked on, and things aren't at 100% yet........ try again, and if you're still unsuccessful, contact support@stardock
